VapoCept Refund Policy

One phone number, one returns address, two published timing figures and a candid list of the things nobody wrote down.

Written and reviewed by the VapoCept Editorial Desk · Last updated September 22, 2026

Quick answer

Call +1 (507) 448-8190 with your order ID, then post the bottles to 75 Ninth Avenue, Floor 3, New York, NY 10011, USA with your full name, the email the order was placed with and the order ID inside the box. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service. Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. There is no sales email address, and the website desk at [email protected] cannot see orders, so the phone is the only published route.

Five steps

The VapoCept refund route, step by step

The published process in full. Every step depends on the first.

  1. Call the sales line on +1 (507) 448-8190

With the order ID from your confirmation email in front of you. Call before you post anything: a box that arrives before the desk knows it is coming has no record attached to it, and the call is what puts you on the record inside the 60-day window.

  2. Ask what the desk wants sent back

Nothing published states whether opened bottles are accepted or only sealed ones, so this is the question to put on the call rather than a gap to guess at. Write down the answer and the date you were given it.

  3. Pack the bottles and put three things inside the box

Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. All three, on paper, inside the parcel rather than written on the outside where a label can cover it. The email must be the one the order was placed with.

  4. Post it to 75 Ninth Avenue, Floor 3, New York, NY 10011

Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service. This is the returns address, and it is not the office address at New York, NY 10018. Keep the postage receipt and the tracking reference until the money has landed.

  5. Wait for the approval, then for the card

Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. Two stages, two delays, and the second one belongs to your bank rather than to the seller.

The address

The returns address, and what to put in the box

Returns go to 75 Ninth Avenue, Floor 3, New York, NY 10011, USA.

That is a different address from the business office at 469 Seventh Avenue, Floor 12, New York, NY 10018, USA. Both are published, both are in New York, and only one is for bottles. Posting a return to the office is the commonest way to turn a straightforward refund into a long one: a parcel at the wrong desk is a parcel nobody is expecting.

What goes inside the box

Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. Three lines:

  • Your full name, as it was given on the order.
  • The email address the order was placed with — not a different one you prefer or a newer one you have moved to.
  • The order ID, copied exactly as it appears in the confirmation email.

Write them on a sheet of paper and put it in with the bottles. The outside of a box is the wrong place: a shipping label can cover it and a wet fortnight in transit can rub it off. Those three lines are the only things that let a person match an anonymous parcel to a payment, and a parcel nobody can match is a refund nobody can process.

Nothing requires this, but we would photograph the sheet and the packed box before sealing it, and keep the tracking reference somewhere safer than a coat pocket.

Timing

How long a refund takes

The published timing, split into the stages it actually happens in. Only the third and fourth rows are stated in our sources.
StageHow longWho controls it
You call the sales lineAs soon as you decide, and inside the 60 days from purchase. You
The parcel travels to New YorkNot published. An ordinary postal journey, depending on the tracked service you chose and paid for.Your carrier

The card posts it5 to 10 days.Your bank or card issuer
You see it on a statementDepends where you are in your billing cycle. Not published, and not something the seller controls.Your bank

Business days and calendar days are not the same unit. The first published figure is in business days and the second is not.

Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. The two published figures are sequential rather than overlapping, and both of them start after the desk has approved the return rather than when you posted the parcel. Add the postal journey at the front and your own billing cycle at the back, and the honest expectation for the whole thing is a fortnight to three weeks rather than a few days.

The reason to say that plainly is simple. A buyer who expects the money in three days starts calling on day four, when the desk can do nothing about the five to ten days that belong to a card issuer. The shape of a card refund is the same everywhere: approval, credit, then the issuer’s own posting delay.

Contact

The phone is the only published route

There is one route and it is a phone call.

No sales email address was supplied. The pack points to the sales contact page instead. For anything about an order, the phone line is the published route. So there is no inbox to send a refund request to, no form to submit and no ticket number to quote back. For anything to do with an order, the published route is +1 (507) 448-8190.

The website desk is not the refund route

The address [email protected] belongs to the desk that looks after this website: pages, typos, privacy and press, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It is published, it is answered, and it cannot see orders. It has no view of the order system, no ability to approve a return and no way to credit a card. Emailing it about a refund does not start a process; it spends days inside a 60-day window that started when you paid.

This is the single most common mistake available on this page, and it is an entirely reasonable one to make, because an email address is the thing most people reach for. If you have already written to it, do not wait for the reply. Call the sales line, and treat the email as a note to yourself about the date.

What the website desk is genuinely good for is this site. If a page here disagrees with the bottle in your hand, tell it, with the page name: the label is the document that wins, and we would rather correct a page than defend one. Our contact page lists both desks in full.

The honest section

What the refund policy does not say

The blanks are all questions for the phone call.

Whether opened bottles are accepted

Not published. A satisfaction guarantee on a supplement implies you were meant to try it, but nothing supplied to us states the condition the bottles have to come back in. Ask on the call.

Whether partial refunds exist

Not published. Whether you can return four unopened bottles of a six-bottle pack and keep two is not addressed anywhere in our sources.

Who pays the original shipping

Not published. No shipping charge was supplied for any pack, and nothing states whether one comes back if it was charged.

Who pays the return postage

Published, and it is you. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service.

Whether there is a restocking fee

Not published either way. Nothing in the material we were given mentions one.

What the deadline is

60 days from the date of purchase, printed on the sales page. That one is published, and it is the figure the whole route sits inside.

Whether there is an escalation path

Not published. No complaints procedure, ticket system or second-line contact appears in our sources.

What happens to a parcel with no paperwork

Not published, and not a situation to create. Name, order email and order ID go inside the box.

Eight rows, six of them reading “not published”. The blanks are printed rather than filled because a plausible sentence in the wrong place here costs real money. “Opened bottles are accepted” would sound right and would be something we invented, and you would find that out at the worst possible moment. Put every one of these to the desk on the call, and write down what you are told with the date beside it.

Said before you buy

What a refund does not cover

We earn a commission when somebody orders through this site, so a page about getting your money back is an odd thing for us to write carefully. We would rather write it carefully than have somebody discover the gaps at the moment of needing them.

Two things are worth knowing before you are in this position at all. The first is that a refund returns money and nothing else. It is not compensation for a health outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting this product treats, prevents or cures anything. If something you have taken has affected you, speak to a clinician first and the sales desk second, and keep the bottle and the lot code.

The second is that the likeliest reason to want a refund here is not the capsules at all. It is the mismatch our home page leads with: the front of the bottle prints a line about memory, and the seven ingredients inside are a nitric-oxide and endurance formula whose federal write-ups are all about exercise. If you are buying for memory, read the ingredients page first. It is a better use of an afternoon than this page is, and a refund route is a poor substitute for knowing before you pay.

If the refund goes wrong

There is no published escalation path and no ticket system, so the answer is a record rather than a procedure. Keep the dates of every call and what you were told on each one. Keep the tracking, which proves the box arrived. Keep the order email, because the order ID is the key to everything. Call back rather than switching to email, since the email desk cannot see any of it. And remember that the last stage of any card refund belongs to your card issuer, which has a dispute process of its own that is entirely separate from this seller.

Questions

VapoCept FAQ: refund policy questions

How do I claim a refund?

Call +1 (507) 448-8190 with your order ID. Returns go to 75 Ninth Avenue, Floor 3, New York, NY 10011. Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID with the parcel.

Who pays return postage?

You do. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until the refund lands.

How long does a refund take?

Three to five business days for the desk to credit it after approval, then five to ten days for the card to post it. Two to three weeks end to end is a realistic expectation.

Is there a sales email address?

No. The pack points to the sales contact page instead and gives no address. For anything about an order, the published route is the phone line on +1 (507) 448-8190. The website email, [email protected], is for pages, typos, privacy and press.

What is the difference between the two contacts?

The sales line handles orders, tracking, changes and refunds. The website desk at [email protected] handles this site: pages, typos, privacy and press, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. Sending a refund request to the website desk will slow it down.

How long is the money-back guarantee?

Sixty days from the date of purchase, as printed on the sales and info page. Note the start point: it runs from when you paid, not from your first capsule. Shipping time and any delay in starting come out of the sixty days.

How do I report a mistake on this site?

Email [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. If you have the bottle in your hand and it disagrees with a page here, tell us - the label is the document that wins, and we would rather correct a page than defend one.
