This is an information website. It takes no payments, has no accounts and runs no newsletter. It keeps ordinary server logs, measures usage at the level of pages, and receives whatever you type into an email to us. The order is placed on the seller’s own sales page under that page’s privacy policy, so your payment details never touch this site. We do not sell personal information. Scope
What this policy covers
This policy covers govapocept.com, the product information website published by Govapocept. It explains what this website collects when you read it, what it does not collect, who else is involved and how to ask us about any of it. It is written to be read rather than to be defended, so it is in plain English.
One thing belongs at the top, because it changes how the rest should be read. This website does not take payments. There is no basket here, no card form, no account and no order history. The order button hands you to the seller’s own sales page, and everything a purchase involves — your name, your delivery address, your card details — happens there, under that page’s privacy policy rather than under this one. Your payment details never touch this site, because there is nowhere on it for them to go.
Effective date: September 22, 2026. If this policy changes, that date changes with it.
Collection
What this website collects
Three things, and we would rather name them than call them “certain information”.
Server logs
Like essentially every website, the servers delivering these pages keep a record of requests. An entry normally holds an IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page if there was one, and the browser the request announced. We use it to keep the site available, to find broken pages and missing images, and to look into abuse such as scraping. We do not use it to identify individual readers.
Page-level analytics
We measure use at the level of pages rather than people: which pages are read, roughly for how long, which links are followed, what sort of device, and which country a visit came from. It tells us a page is too long or a link is broken. It is not used to build a profile of you.
Anything you type into an email to us
If you write to [email protected] we receive whatever is in the message. Please send only what your question needs. We never ask for card details. A question about an order is better taken to the sales line on +1 (507) 448-8190, which can see orders when this mailbox cannot.
Collection
What this website does not collect
The list of things this site does not do is longer than the list of things it does, and rather more useful.
- No payments. No card number, expiry date or security code is ever entered here, because there is nowhere to enter one.
- No account system. No login, no password, no saved basket, no profile. Nothing asks you to identify yourself in order to read a page.
- No newsletter. Said plainly rather than left as a gap that looks like one: this site runs no newsletter and holds no mailing list. There is no sign-up box on any page and no marketing email is sent from here to anybody.
- No delivery addresses. Where an order ships is known to the sales page that took it, not to this website.
- No health information. We do not ask what you take or why you are reading, and please do not send it. Whether a supplement suits a condition is a question for a clinician, and we will say so rather than answer it.
- No selling of personal information, and no sharing of it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
These pages are written from the product’s own published material and from federal consumer sources, which are linked at the foot of each page. Reading those sources tells us nothing about you, and citing them requires nothing from you.
Payments
Ordering happens on the seller’s page, not here
This is the paragraph most privacy policies bury, so it gets a section.
You cannot buy anything on this website. When you press an order button you leave these pages and arrive on the seller’s own sales page, operated separately. Everything a purchase requires is collected there: name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number if it is asked for, and payment details. That page has its own privacy policy and its own payment processing, and that policy governs your order.
Two consequences. We never see your card details, at any stage, in any form; we could not produce them if you asked. And a privacy request about the information you gave at checkout has to go to the company operating that checkout, because it is held in their systems rather than ours. We will tell you that rather than quietly do nothing.
How we are paid
Affiliate tracking, and what it does and does not know
This site earns a commission when an order is placed through it. That is disclosed in full on the disclaimer page, and it belongs here too, because the way a commission is tracked involves information.
The order button carries a tracking identifier telling the seller that the visit came from this site. Depending on how the seller’s system is configured, it may be stored in your browser for a period so that a purchase made a little later is still attributed correctly. It identifies this website as the source of a visit. It is not a profile of you, it is not sold, and it does not carry your name, because this site has never had your name.
What we can see from it is a count of orders attributed to this site, and sometimes which page a visit came from. What we cannot see is who placed them. The commission does not change your price, and the reason we publish the unflattering findings as well as the flattering ones is that a site which only flatters the product it is paid on is not information.
Children
Children and readers under 18
This website is written for adults, and the product it describes is for adults too: Adults 18 and over. Nothing on these pages is designed to appeal to a child.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. We do not ask any reader’s age, we run no account system that could record one, and the only way a child could send us personal information at all would be by emailing us. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has written to us, email [email protected] with enough detail to find the message and we will delete it.
If you are under 18: please do not use this site to buy this product. The label is for adults, no warnings panel was supplied for it, and the right person to ask about a supplement is a parent, a guardian or a clinician rather than a website that is paid when you buy.

Retention, your rights, and how to reach us
How long things are kept
We will not print a retention schedule we could not hold ourselves to, so here it is qualitatively. Server logs are kept for a short operational period, long enough to investigate a fault or an attack and no longer. Analytics are kept in aggregate, as counts of pages rather than records of people. Email is kept for as long as the conversation is useful and for as long as we may need it for a legal or accounting reason, then deleted.
Your rights, and how to use them
Several US states give residents privacy rights and the exact list depends on where you live. Described generally, they usually include the right to know what categories of personal information a business has collected and why, to ask for a copy, to have something inaccurate corrected, to ask for deletion, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be treated worse for exercising any of them. Two of those we can answer in advance: we do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing here to opt out of.

That desk cannot see orders — tracking, changes and refunds go to the sales line on +1 (507) 448-8190 — and it cannot reach the seller’s records. Who runs this website?
Govapocept, a USA Authorized VapoCept Retailer. This is a product information site: everything on it is read off the supplied artwork, the two listing cards and the seller’s detailed pack, and checked against federal reference pages where one exists.
Do you earn money if I buy through this site?
Yes. The order button points at the VapoCept sales page through an affiliate path, which means a commission on a sale. It does not change your price. We have not printed that address anywhere as text, and the full earnings statement is on the disclaimer page.
What is the difference between the two contacts?
The sales line handles orders, tracking, changes and refunds. The website desk at [email protected] handles this site: pages, typos, privacy and press, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. Sending a refund request to the website desk will slow it down.
Is there a sales email address?
No. The pack points to the sales contact page instead and gives no address. For anything about an order, the published route is the phone line on +1 (507) 448-8190. The website email, [email protected], is for pages, typos, privacy and press.
How do I report a mistake on this site?
